Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Refund or Return policy — except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the quality standards promised at the time of order.

 

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All our products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each client. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Incorrect information or artwork provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, size, or layout that fall within industry-standard tolerances

  • Misuse or mishandling of the product after delivery

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

 

2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Return

We only consider refund or replacement requests in the following situations:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The product does not match the quality, material, or specifications confirmed at the time of order

  • Incorrect customization due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong logo placement, color, or text)

 

3. How to Report an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or problem

4. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement of the defective items at no additional cost

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the issue

We may request the defective items to be returned for inspection (shipping charges covered by us, if applicable).

 

5. Final Decision

Exeelo reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for return or refund based on the information provided. Our decision will be final in all cases.
