Position: Website & Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the company website and mobile app
Add, edit, and organize product listings with accurate details and images
Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment
Coordinate with suppliers, delivery teams, and the outlet for smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements
Assist in digital marketing campaigns and online promotions
Troubleshoot minor website/app issues and liaise with developers when needed
Requirements:
Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website management, and order processing
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools
Prior experience in e-commerce or operations is a plus
