Position: Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure high-quality imported fashion products from trusted suppliers

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international and local vendors

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and stock availability

Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement based on sales trends and forecasts

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams for smooth supply chain management

Evaluate and onboard new suppliers to expand product offerings

Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and budget

Requirements:

Minimum Education: Bachelor/Honors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (preferably in fashion or retail)

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

Familiarity with import processes, customs, and international suppliers

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
