Position: Customer Support & Order Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media

Assist customers with product information, availability, and styling advice

Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery

Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide excellent service

Coordinate with the outlet, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements:

Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent

Female candidates preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude

Basic knowledge of order processing or e-commerce systems is a plus

Ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently
